  Horrible! Walked in to order as the drive thru was very backed up and was first in line to order at the counter. Waited 15 minute to even place my to-go order as all of the employees were focused on drive thru orders. When I finally made my order it was wrong and it was a 5 minute ordeal to get it fixed. After getting everything figured out we waited about 5 minutes for our meals and saw what we thought were our meals sitting in a bag but assumed they were waiting for fresh fries or something simple. 10 minutes goes by, nothing is added to the bag and finally someone grabs it to give to us. So our meal was completed but was never given to us for 10 whole minutes.We wasted a total of 30+ minutes from walking into the store and walking out with our to-go order. Mind you, everything was cold when we finally got to eat it. I would have given zero stars if it was an option because they don't even deserve a one star rating.

  They've never in the five years I've came here messed up my order. The employees are nice and generous.
